In a so called ‘official’ encounter in Kashmir, 3 persons killed, officials fetched with notice.
In a remote district of Jammu and Kashmir, Kapwadah, army men gunned down 3 Kashmiri civilians. The army cops includes 1 colonel, 3 Majors, 7 soldiers. A case has been booked on these including other two people for killing under the name of officials.
Government officials told that cases of murder, kidnap and criminal offenses are booked against them. They said after completing police inquiry, full charge sheet will be submitted to chief judicial magistrate. Magistrate slapped notice on army officials to be present on the next hearing that is on 29 July. According to the sources from last 3 weeks police is in inquiry with colonel and other two senior army officials but failed to get sufficient response from them.
The persons who allegedly encountered were Riyaz Ahmad, Mohammed Shafeeq and Shezaad Ahmad belongs to Barahmolaa district. These persons were last seen with Basheer Ahmad and Abdul Al-hameed Bhutt and late in the evening on 29 April, security force fired them to death and named it encounter. Police confirmed that they got many things against army officials to prove them guilty.
